Where did this stat come from? The NY Times.

That means this is 100% biased.

Let's pull the Rasmussen poll. Says Trump is winning nationally? Is it biased? That poll actually has the most voters participating. Wouldn't that be more accurate than the rest?

    That's fivethirtyeight.com

They have a model that uses all the best polls. It's not biased, it not even a poll really, it's a projected chance of election based on the the electoral college and the lead Clinton holds on battle ground states.

Check out the site. He nailed the 2012 election by every state. He called every state before the election.

The NY Times is one of the most respected news sources in the world. It's fine to look at the Rasmussen poll as well. It's also good to use evidence like you did to support why you feel it is a more accurate poll. But to claim anything from the NY Times is biased just isn't accurate.

lol you are an idiot, that comes from 538 not NYTimes.

How are Trump supporters so stupid? I can't tell if they were already that stupid to begin with, or it is something about Trump and his cult-like campaign that makes his followers stupid. Either way, the Trump party is one of the most embarrassing things that America has faced in a long time.

    Fair enough.
They mentioned early on that Trump has a 15% chance to win the Republican Nomination. This race is much different than what is normal. I think based off the emails provided thus far it's proven their is plenty of corruption going on.

I think it's much closer than what is being reported.

538 has nothing to do with the NY Times. And this model is 100% math based on the polls. Instead of picking the poll that you want to believe, it accounts for all the polls, evaluates their sample sizes, historical accuracy and leans, etc. That includes the Rasmussen poll you listed. All of the data is made public so you can see both the underlying source data and the results of the model.

This is the perfect example of your non-fact based thought processes on this board. You knew NOTHING about the site or the model, but made a judgment on it and dismissed it because you didn't like the result. Instead, you chose to find a poll that showed what you want to believe, and threw it out there without any knowledge of what you're talking about. You are exactly the problem you complain about.

Five thirty eight got everyone of the state correct last election, unlike certain polls. Math do not lie.

If every polls show Clinton winning outside of the margin of errors, Trump has a 0 chance of winning. He has almost a 1 in 5 chance as of today. If you only pick one poll, you can be right, but much more likely to be wrong against the model that 538 uses.

Hey I missed something and saw NY Times attached to the same pool on FB. No big deal. I more so laugh at the insider info coming out and liberal media failing to report on it. You are falling in to the hands of every payed for media outlet who is determining the election for you. CNN,ABC,NBC etc.

The amount of leaks have repeatedly contradicted what Hilary says publicly by showing her private views. You are just getting conned by a criminal.

Barring a miracle, she will end up winning this race.

538 also said Trump has a 20%chance of winning the republican nomination at one point. This is a weird election year.

Five thirty eight do not do their own polling, they analyze the polling done by others, there a very few good polls in the primaries, garbage in, garbage out. They are by far the best comprehensive polling analyzing service that is available to the public.

Do you think the hits will stop coming? There has to be tons of video of him saying incredibly asinine things coming in the next couple of weeks. Your party put its faith in a pervy old reality star and his undying desire to be a celebrity is going to be his ultimate downfall.

There will be more women stepping forward everyday and more leaked emails everyday, how much that will affect the "undecided", we will see. It would not affect the people who already made up their mind is my guess.

The only significant group of voters being "conned" this year are the Trump supporters who have bought in to nothing short of a carnie-level presidential campaign.

At that point in time, it was true. It has nothing to do with being a weird election year.
