They're just political loyalists. It's third world dictatorship behavior.

He wants people that will do exactly what he wants. Some of his early appointments refused so now he wants people that do not question. People that did not vote for Trump get out raged over this fact.... but don’t seem to understand that those that support Trump’s policies want appointments that unquestionably do what Trump wants.

The problem with that is, Trump has no ideas himself. He's a political hack who's 'philosophy' consist entirely of " how can I aggrandize myself and and disenfranchise the centrist policies of Mr. Obama. That only leaves him extremist policy initiatives brought to him by radicals and outcast of the mainstream. A Free Press, humane immigration, international cooperation on the World economy, recognition and cooperation of Climate Change, the impartiality of the Judiciary, support for emerging democracies, countering dictators, humanitarian and disaster recovery aid .... all things that are the basis of America's ethos recognized by the majority are under attack from the President and the only people he can get to work with his lying ass.

If you get elected by saying time and time again "I will protect pre-existing conditions" and when you get into office you try to destroy the ACA with no hint of how to protect people with pre-existing conditions, you are just a liar. Your Presidency is a sham. The People have been fooled by a concerted propaganda campaign.

The same with the deficit, As a candidate you vow to "wipe out the deficit in 8 years" but you pass tax cuts on the wealthy that 2 trillion dollars that shows no signs of boosting business investment or benefiting working people, you are just a liar.

And it's the same for basically every issue important to the people who thought they were voting for an improvement in their lives.

It's amazing the number of gold reverse mortgage and pitches like this that are advertised on Fox and Newsmax as well as the other publications catering to this crowd.I

    It's modern day snake oil.

Not out raged here as this was one of the foreseen danger. The President is an unethical, corrupt liar that pushes his people to break the laws. It's natural and expected that he would install people to reflect him and that's what his admin is becoming. It's too bad that half of the check and balance system in place is failing. It's worse that half of Congress are enabler.

However, I do think a good number of people that voted for Trump think that his cabinet, the executive branch and the overall system would protect us from him going too far. That the worse of his ideas and behaviors would be kept in check. A number of his early nominees were good early evidence of this. They are mostly gone. There are very few left now and there aren't anyone else willing or able to join now that can perform that internal check. These voters are the one that probably are more surprised than some of us that saw this as a likely outcome.

Yea but Trump could sell a pair of boots to a one legged man. It’s all about the narrative and folks thinking Trump is their champion...

It doesn’t matter Trump is doing all the things they disliked about Obama.

It's hard for me to believe that Trump put Cain forward. I'm thankful that there is push back. At least this is a bridge too far.

It appears trump's ego and unwillingness to admit he was wrong is preventing him to withdraw cain's nomination and instead he is waiting for cain to withdraw his own name...

999 has come to his senses.

Trump just announced that 999 has withdrawn his name from the nomination.
