It's amazing how many sheeple are following these cases as if they are actually founded in law... and not brazen political attacks. In listening to MSNBC and CNN, anytime they talk about these cases, they quickly bemoan the delays which may force the trials until after the election. They are devastated about this timing issue... clearly proving that the motivation is political. Novel legal theories being used to prosecute a former President is not the way to establish credibility in your actions... Prosecuting a political opponent for victimless financial "crimes", for "crimes" beyond the statute of limitations, using selective prosecution by going after Trump for classified docs when Biden, Pence, Obama, Bush all did the same activity, and by illegally using the corrupt J6's committee's work to build the fake cases in Georgia and DC... Literally all of these cases are abuses of the legal system. How selfish and corrupt must one be to be willing to sacrifice the integrity of the US legal system in order to gain an advantage in a political race? That's not the type of leader that's good for the long term interests of the country. What it is, however, is 100% consistent with Joe Biden's poor judgement and corrupt activities. Joe's selfish political and financial interests are first, America's interests are last.

This is especially true in NY and DC but also true in Fulton County, GA. Defense doesn't present its side in front of a grand jury. You only need a majority vote to indict. Imagine thinking that Donald Trump, who loses the votes of 90% of DC voters and a similar amount of Manhattanites... is going to win 50% of grand jury votes... when he can't even present his defense in front of them. Liberals figured out they can run any political opponent through the process (which is the punishment, btw) in these 90% liberal locations... simply by abusing the legal system. It's wrong and it's bad for the country... 2) Joe isn't running anything. He's the controlled face of the Democratic network of bureaucrats, elected officials, intel agencies, media, and other members of the entrenched state establishment -- also known as the Swamp.
