    Always has been, always will be, especially when they are the ones in power, or with politicians, judges, and prosecutors in their pockets, and make sure that never changes.

    White collar criminals get outraged over thugs stealing hundreds or thousands of dollars of items, yet defend their own for stealing millions from people, the government, Medicare, and others by fraud, deceit, and scams.
