Hey look, Donald Trump got caught in yet another idiotic lie:

Chicago Police: Trump Made Up Story About ‘Top’ Cop Telling Him ‘Tough Tactics’ Will Fix Crime in 1 Week

How can anyone support this orange buffoon? Yes, Hillary is a corrupt liar -- but so is this guy. I don't see how anyone can have any self-respect while supporting either one of them.

I just posted a documented Republican strategy to appease white voters. Maybe you can't read.

The rest of this post is completely schizophrenic.

Nixon created the EPA by executive action (King Nixon?) and Republicans have been trying to cut it, de-fund it, and outright remove it from existence for decades.

Nixon opened trade with China and now our country's manufacturing is decimated and China's economy is nearly as large as that of the US on the backs of US consumers. Nice.

Republicans attacked the crack epidemic by giving crack users more harsh prison terms than predominantly white cocaine users. Typical.

The Clinton crime bill has been a disaster. The only reason you even cited this was likely because Clinton was President. Nice.

Republicans amnestied 3 millions illegals under Reagan and did nothing under GHWB or GWB when the number of illegals living in the US peaked. Yawn. They're only bringing it up now as a dog whistle for their white voters and this is as someone who supports immigration changes.

Some Republicans questioned the necessity of increase of worker visas IN THEIR OWN Republican House legislation. lol That's a beauty.

Yes, lower business taxes. This is because Republicans are under the mistaken idea that businesses create jobs. What cutting business taxes even further actually does is put more profits in the pockets of business. In reality, demand is what creates jobs. What creates demand ? Not tax cuts for billionaires and GE, but tax cuts for working people.

Republicans don't give a **** about police brutality so I don't even know what you're talking abouit. I know you are a climate change denier because among other things you don't understand the difference between climate and weather but I can't imagine how any rational person doesn't understand how limitation of resources caused by climate change will lead to terrorism, war, violence, plague, etc.

So, that was AWFUL. So I suppose if putting people in prison, questioning the need for your own legislation, and a lot of empty tax rhetoric and slogans are what Republicans are going to do for minority communities then I'm guessing they're going to lose those demographics for a long, long time.

Republicans voted 100% in favor of abolishing slavery. Democrats voted 23%.

The 14th and 15th amendment got 0% support from democrats.

The Republican party of Lincoln and Teddy is not the same Republican party of Nixon and Reagan which is not the Republican party of today.

I'd like to unequivocally thank the Republican Party of the 19th century for their audaciously liberal legislation.

It must be pretty embarrassing to be the party of Lincoln and be caught implementing a several decades long strategy of ignoring the black vote in favor of southern racists. What a turnabout! How do you guys reconcile that? Sounds like you complete lost your way. Even Lincoln be like, whaaaaaat?

Yes, and up until the civil rights movement the Democrats were still supporting Jim Crow laws.

But then something happened. With civil rights legislation the Democratic party changed. The Democrats who supported blacks being able to vote stayed in the Democratic party, and the rest moved over to the Republicans who then set about with a Southern strategy which welcomed the racist former Democrats into their midst.

So, you are saying what the black community needs are higher personal, business, and direct-energy taxes, coupled with a further increase in foreign-born labor supply?

    Cohete out.

This is something that CNN dude Jeffery Lord (I think that's his name) often brings up, only to get jumped by other panelists. It's very disingenous. The Republican and Democrat parties of yesteryear are gone.

I can't even imagine Lincoln as a modern-day Republican. Strong central government. Fighting for the rights of African Americans, even if their experience (and day-to-day lives) is completely alien to him.

Primaries: "We're gonna build a wall. A big, beautiful wall. And we're gonna get Mexico to pay for it."

As the nominee: "We're gonna....I'm open to working with those rapists and gangbangers..."

Kellyanne Conway: "Donald Trump wasn't calling Mexicans pejorative names. Look, if Hillary Clinton hadn't used a private email server and personally gone in and killed many brave soldiers in Benghazi and sold access to the State Department by sleeping with other lesbians in the Lincoln Room which enabled her husband to cheat, which, in turn, led him to be the cause of 9/11, then liberals wouldn't take Donald Trump out of context like that. It's sad, really."

While it is sad that this is what we're reduced to, it is simply the reality of the situation.

And, after the Democrats helped pass the CRA and VRA, the Southern Democrats began voting for Republicans. In other words, your implication that contemporary Democrats share the same racist tendencies of the Southern Democrats of the distant past is nothing but a huge load of bullsh!t.
