Tom Brady has a Trump hat in his locker <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Tom wants to make America great again. <a href="http://t.co/gkUsB4OXe6">pic.twitter.com/gkUsB4OXe6</a></p>— Feitelberg (@FeitsBarstool) <a href="https://twitter.com/FeitsBarstool/status/640198529454080001">September 5, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
In the end, I doubt Trump wins the nomination but I would vote for him. Who are the other serious choices? 1) Hilary- a crook???? She may be in jail before the election!!!! 2) Sanders - a self pronounced socialist???? You have got to be kidding me!!! 3) Biden - a complete and total idiot????? If the mainstream media was not extreme left leaning, they could have made him look worse than Dan Quayle just by reporting the truth. I personally am a Ted Cruz supporter but would have no problem voting for Trump as a lesser of two evils.
Did Trump come out? FAUX was on CC at the gym and 3 hotties were taking about Trump calling for higher taxes on the rich and universal healthcare. Two said he had joined the radical left, but one defended him saying that it was a popular position because after all, the middle class is making less than when Obama took office. (I actually laughed out loud wearing headphones)
african americans are waking up to the donald http://www.theamericanmirror.com/sh...25-of-black-vote-in-general-election-matchup/ <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/7JE5UwANdHQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Considering that he had a -62% favorability rating among African Americans in the most recent PPP poll, I would say that they are, in fact, not waking up to the Donald at all: http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/pdf/2015/PPP_Release_National_90315.pdf
To be fair, that could just be completely motivational. Separately, Trump's legislative and diplomatic idiocy detracts little from his confidence and objective success, mix in the path not taken with Brady's finance degree and internships and I could him at least emotionally aligning with a Wharton grad. It could just be a pretty cool insight into a competitive athlete's process.
Well to be fair one of the only hispanics Brady knows is Hernandez, who was actually a murderer.....so.
You are on crack if you actually believe 25% of blacks would vote for Trump in the general election. Delusion reigns.
25% of blacks would never vote for anyone with an R by their name. Give Trump a D by his name and he'd get 80-90% just like every presidential election going back at least 40 years. That demographic always votes by party, not by politician, it's pretty much the only demographic like that.
Probably has a lot to do with most prominent right wingers stating that the problem with blacks is inherent within their 'culture'.
It's also pretty much the only demographic the national Republican party doesn't give a living flip about.
For good reason given the voting habits. No reason to waste money courting the vote if you know it's futile. Every other demographic can be swayed one way or the other, that's who you spend on.
The national Republican party made a choice over 40 years ago to not even try. I assume you've heard of Richard Nixon's "Southern Strategy"? It's been the GOP blueprint ever since. The basic premise is: If you only need 10% of the black vote to win an election, why bother trying for more? The problem in today's evolving, more diverse America is appealing to the southern white vote by blowing the dog whistle here and there is no longer a solid winning strategy.
Where are people getting this idea from? My mother was saying the same crazy thing. I don't see any reason black voters would like trump over any other republican candidate. Honestly I'm confused how anyone supports this clown.
Until there's evidence that black people will stop voting as a bloc for whatever Democrat is thrown out there, why would anyone Democrat or Republican court that vote? It's pointless. There are many other demographics to court that could actually be swayed one way or the other. It makes much more sense to just chalk 80-90% of 12% of the population as a loss and seek the vote of people who don't just automatically vote for whatever candidate the Democratic party nominates.
