[TrueHoop] What's a Mere Bullet to Carl Landry?

Great stuff. Man, whenever he gets introduced at Toyota Center for the first time, I hope every single goddamnfan in that place gives him a standing ovation. If I'm at that game, whenever it is, I will for sure. He needs to know that we got his back.

 

I remember that the worst thing you had to worry about driving around Houston late at night was getting pulled over by the cops and possibly shot with a "throw-down." Herman Short, anyone? A certified member of the KKK and our former police chief. Or, you might get into a fist fight because of a fender bender. Guess I'm showing my age.
