So I saw the new episode of south park the other day about obesity/james cameron/ honey boo boo. I thought it was just some made up **** till today when I learned this was an actual show. I just don't understand how people can air such trash on T.V. There have to be some guidelines or something...having such shows on just enables this sort of bad parenting and quest for fame. I actually think its criminal considering the girl's mother feeds her more sugar every day than most people consume in a month. On top of that she drinks a mixture of red bull and mountain due before every pagaent. It's on The Learning Channel. The LEARNING Channel. I didn't realize until watching the South Park episode is that the mother is only one year older than me. I would never have guessed that she was 33.
Turns out South Park is a lot more educational than "The Learning Channel." Some people just shouldn't procreate.
I was going to start a thread on Honey Boo Boo a few weeks ago. This is why the world hates us. This show is ridiculous. I love train wrecks, but this is hard to watch.
What's wrong with them? The family looks happy. There are WAYYY scarier girl pageant stories than this one. This is how they live their life. They aren't hurting anyone or going out to the world and causing **** to happen like other reality shows. The mom's nickname exemplifies their poor as **** situation. I really don't get all the hate. The girl isn't different at all from other extroverted 6 year olds. Haters gona Hate.
Each member of the family gets $20,000 an episode. Think about that today when you're at work. South Park is one of the best shows of all time. Come on, Swoly.

You can be very happy and still be causing yourself harm. I have a problem with most of these pagaents parading girls around at 6 or 7 due to the fact it alters normal psychological growth. That being said, this is going way overboard and enters the physical harm category. A diet like that everyday where the household refuses to even acknowledge it is wrong WILL lead to many health problems at a young age. Energy drinks such as red bull are bad as it is for adults, but mixed with mountain dew for a 6 y.o for a ****ing pagaent? Is it really worth childhood diabetes, heart disease and hundreds of other conditions that arise from childhood obesity? The girl isn't mentally r****ded, although one might think so at a first glance. To be hindered like that mentally due to the sort of structure she has around her is just unfair to a kid.
