Tolerant Liberals Confront A Donald Trump Supporter

We can't call him anything. We must genuflect and show empathy for his economic anxieties. We can also talk around, but not directly about, his behavior and ask him to reflect on the meaning of his actions... without offering direct assessments, of course. We can do these things until he decides that those actions also embody the name calling that will further justify his anger.

Talking around these issues and actions without labeling them worked so well for Obama with respect to the tea party crowd, republican obstruction, police brutality, etc. that here we are today. So please, let's rise above name calling, and let us try to truly understand the fellas desire to build that wall either figuratively or literally or whatever it is the enlightened politicos are asking us to do now....
