Call TNT and tell them they need to hire Max Kellerman to do live game commentary

Better yet, tune them out during the entire game and listen to substantive, unbiased live commentary from Nate Duncan's Twitter NBA Show.

You guys are all laughing at his expense, but I for one respect OP. He took the chance. Meanwhile everyone else just sits back, cries and complains about th bias on the bbs instead.

I find it egregiously insulting, that I have to listen to 2 hours of “Houston Rockets basketball is just ugly. Isolation is ugly to watch. James Harden is boring to watch.”

Followed immediately by 2 hours of “Golden State basketball is so fun to watch. Ball movement is the best. Kevin Durant is beautiful to watch.”

James Harden isolates and it’s hideous to watch, but immediately after Durant isolates and it’s fantastic to watch.

It’s insulting to my intelligence that they are so blindly dumb and biased.

    Edit:

Rockets last game had 53.8% of their FGs made unassisted.

Warriors last game had 43.9% of their FGs made unassisted.

The warriors played a LOT of iso also...

    (serious reply)

Respect the hustle but whoever is listening to those phone messages is laughing and sharing it with all of their friends, or maybe rolling their eyes. All of the analysts/broadcasters are providing editorial (i.e. opinionated) content, albeit TNT is full of uneducated opinions. I watched the game intently though I can't say that I paid close attention to the call, but I don't think they were outright slandering the Rockets. Truth be told iso ball is difficult to watch -- the PNR was not working with Clint so that's about all we had.

I thought we all just dubbed the radio over the broadcast.

I would just like to know why we get Reggie Miller for every.single.game.

    Tired of that schmuck.

This. OP should be supported, not laughed at. Sure it's not going to change anything. But it's still an effort.

For us who don't live in the Houston area, we don't even have the local radio to fall back to. We have to either listen to the commentary or watch in silence. I actually don't mind the criticism against the Rockets. What is annoying is that they cheer when the Warriors do well and cheer again when the Rockets do bad, and sound dejected when the Rockets are playing well. They work like they are the local broadcast crew of the Warriors. That's just disgusting for a supposedly "national" television.

I agree with @BigMaloe and @Easy. Regardless of what one might think of his call and opinion, he at least did something about it.

Remember when Marv Albert, the Knickerbockers home announcer, called the 1994 NBA Finals for NBC?

At least we had Gene and Jim then.

It's one thing to bring the ball up... work it in and out, run it around the perimeter looking for a good shot - not getting one and then letting your star iso...
and its another to have your star take 10 seconds to bring up the ball, stand at the top of the key for 5-10 seconds dribbling... dance for a few more seconds... and then drive....
Is it any wonder that our role players were ice cold - they weren't touching the ball for 5-10 minutes at a clip... hard to find a rhythm when you're not involved to any degree... Meanwhile GSW had all the energy in the world at the offensive end - hell 3/5 of them just got a break on the other end of the court since their man never touched the ball....
It was like going back to the McHale 'roll the ball out and let james iso all game as he sees fit days'... where's this MDA offensive genius/COY stuff? We played a stupid game. We didn't get other guys involved and when we did they looked surprised and confused....

and for God's sake, how do you not keep Clint on the floor as much as possible?
