It's still OK to call him <img src="https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/a/af/Prince_logo.svg/870px-Prince_logo.svg.png" width=20>, though, right.

The annual Make-A-Wish Ball is at Paisley park this year. We were hoping that Prince would be making an appearance. Sad news indeed - RIP.

Prince shredding it in this video is just amazing. He was so full of talent and character <iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/6SFNW5F8K9Y?list=PLlzY58UizouAYEq5f2bCEW3EqQJcBE_Gi" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Only got to see him live twice, once on the Purple Rain tour when I was a teenager and once about 10-15 years ago at UH. They were two of the best performances I've ever seen by anyone -- music and otherwise. He was an incredible performer as everyone knows. He was also an extremely generous performer. He played LONG shows and left it all out there on the stage. At the UH concert I remember turning to a platonic female friend and asking her if she thought we'd ever make out. She said probably. I said I can't imagine any better time than this and we, like hundreds of couples in the stadium, made out as he played Purple Rain. He was also a prolific songwriter which makes me feel like we're missing out on a lot of great songs as a result of his untimely death. R.I.P. Prince. Thanks for all you gave us. Your music changed the world.
Funny you should ask! <iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/6SFNW5F8K9Y" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" width="420"></iframe>
Nobody wore purple better, not even kilgrave. one of the biggest vikings fans ever and a true musician of generations past and future.
