why does the judge care if the re-trial is mid season? or is this an indication that he's going to be ruling in Rose's favor?
I think this is more of the judge wanting to make sure that the alleged missing texts were provided in the evidence before declaring a mistrial than anything else. Because if the judge don't go back and review the evidence before declaring a mistrial then he's just plain incompetent.
I love finding new things about Derrick Rose every day. 1. He don't know the definition of consensual 2. He is pretty aggressive in wanting nudes 3. He's apparently color blind and his type is the first time I've heard those combinations together.
Detective on Rose's case found dead with a single gunshot wound to the chest. Thought to be suicide. Not directly related to Rose but I thought it was noteworthy. http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-lapd-employee-dead-whittier-20161012-snap-story,amp.html
I get that these jurors were likely screened to be unbiased (at least I hope), but can they at least have some sort of respect for the court system and not take pictures with him right after the trial? Doing anything that even calls into question the objectivity of these jurors is just a bad idea.
Right, because juries are infallible (see OJ Simpson, Casey Anthony, George Zimmerman). My opinion still stands that it was a rape. Glad his civil victory is a reason to celebrate for you
