Funny how more info came out yesterday but I've been thinking and I'm sure some of y'all as well, how this case seems to have slipped under the radar- even with his move to the Knicks. The guy is in a heap of trouble. I'm not a lawyer and I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn last night but I'd wager that he will be found guilty. Maybe I'll be wrong but I doubt it. I wonder what effect it will have on the Knicks after the season begins and once the trial begins. Not good at all.
It is not a criminal charge so he can't go to jail for his crime. But so far from what he has been testifying and the texts and missed calls evidence things don't look good for him.
