Ravens are going to run away (literally) with this game in the 2nd half. As the game is progressing, I notice the Titans becoming more and more fearful of the Ravens defense.
Right............. No, to be honest, I was getting a little worried, but the return of Eddie, and that huge pass play to McCareins looks like it might give them some confidence back.
Oh my GOD, do the Titans need to take a timeout to watch a video on blocking in the back on kickoffs???
TITANS BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man, I was sweatin' like crazy! Screw Ray Lewis. Eddie George owned him! (but not really)
dude, the Titans should definitely go all the way. Especially with all the injuries McNair has suffered through and played with. Damn!
We are BANGED UP, but it felt good to finally get over on B-more. Eddie George is a man's man. I can't relate to anyone who doesn't respect that man for coming back and playing after a separated shoulder. Let's go Denver! I think I'd prefer a shot at KC over New England, and I'd really like to see the Colts go down.
I don't remember what he was like before the infamous eye incident, but I wonder if he holds repressed anger from the incident, causing him to lash out at inopportune times. I just wish he played for Bill Parcells. I would have loved to see a sideline shot of Parcells verbally assaulting him to the point of tears.
drapg, I think he had a temper problem before the flag/eye issue. Didnt he manhandle the ref that threw the flag that hit him in the eye??
The announcers were talking about the anger problems he had. I think in Cleveland they knew about his anger problem and he was forced to go see a psychologist. The psychologist told him to put a little fish bowl in his locker to calm him down. The guy has some problems, and he is probably getting ripped at now by his teammates.
Yeah, he knocked him to the ground. But I don't blame him for that. I think he lost his sight instantly and was probably more pissed than any of us have been in our lives. He naturally lashed out at his "attacker" and was not thinking rationally. But if he's not psychologically fit to play, he shouldn't be in the sport, no matter if his eye is back to normal. His actions were a disgrace. I hope Ray Lewis chews him out, since "the Genius" didn't seem to tear too much into him.
Does any team in football, save the Texas Longhorns of course, win more in spite of its coaching that because of it? Hell, Billick threw up the white flag on the first series of the game. 3rd and 2, opening series and a way to set the tone, a 2000 yard rusher in the backfield . . . they put the ball in Anthony Wright's hand to convert the first down. . . huh?
