It absolutely does have something to do with BOB. Now that the team just lost their most liked and respected coach, it puts extra pressure on a head coach who is essentially terrible at everything.
They want koolaid during the offseason and nothing but bleach once the season starts. Hard to keep up.
Lmao...shots fired! RAC is still here though so would be interesting that he would be taking a shot at him but as far as OB....understood.
He's terrible at everything except getting a contract extension after "coaching" this team to a 4-12 record.
This is a pretty underrated coaching ability. If he perfects this skill, he might become the next Jeff Fisher.
Yeah, such a failure with those division titles and #1 offense with a rookie QB, and now one of his assistants getting poached to be HC by a team who won a playoff game this year. I guess Tennessee wants some of that big ole 'failure'.
Funny how the guy who ignorant fans wanna fire has playoff teams poaching his staff for head coaches. Doesn't exactly paint this forum in a positive light.
Ya that's pretty surprising. I'm perfectly fine with the hire from a Texans standpoint. The injuries were a huge issue last season but don't believe Vrabel had the scheme or maybeeven the know how to mitigate the issues. Whatever personnel we have next season, I'll happily take RAC to lead them over most, if not all, DCs. For the Titans, this seems to be just a gamble that Vrabel is the next big thing. With their roster, I'm not sure this is a good hire for them and he'll to nail the OC hire at the absolute minimum.
Congrats to Vrabel! Don't really like having someone who should have an intimate understanding of our roster/organization's strengths/weaknesses/tendencies in our division now. At least he can't poach Bouye and I don't think Rick left any other up and coming younger players here to worry about losing. lol Well forgot about Dylan Cole.
Yeah, its a really strange hire. Their future success is tied to the progression/development of Mariotta.
