How long can Kyle Lowry perform at this level...In my opinion , not more than few more years.

I love how he gives 100 present every night, but the way he plays will eventually take a toll on his body. No one can take a continuous beating like the he does every night .

His point scoring involves more effort than skills ( except when he is hitting his threes ). He does not have a stop and pop mid-range jumper or a fade away post game . So in a half court set , either he shoots a three or drives inside the paint and take a beating since he himself is looking for contact ( foul) . His play making skills are just average . Even when he is trying to create for others , he is running all over almost at full speed.
This is exactly how Steve Francis used to play .......

Steve Nash , Jason Kidd, Chris Paul or even Jeremy lin ( just comparing his game lately) , one thing in common between these players is how much less effort we see from them while scoring points or creating for others, while being as effective as Kyle Lowry. Their game involves more basket ball skills , court vision and 50% less body contact and beating than Lowry. Steve Nash and Jason Kidd have performed at a high level for more than a decade .. and it is because they do not play like Kyle Lowry.

So getting back to my main point , I love Lowery .. but this is his "ceiling" and this is the time to use his "Full" value at this trade deadline, or this off season.

If you can't spell his name right, I can't take your opinion seriously.

Guys like Lowery are good enough that you don't know what you have until it's gone. Maury needs to be smart and keep him. You need to pair him with a star, not dump him for a lateral move.

... Seriously, I'm so sick of Clutchfans extrapolating guys' performances and saying that we need to trade every good performing player ASAP. Holy cow.

    I also enjoy Lowery's humble, self-defecating attitude.

Given that we have a 100% turnover the last three or four years I think he is gone at some point.

Lowry is currently at his peak..

His biggest assets is his small salary for a top 10 point guard.

Not going to be popular, but I agree. It's a reason why he didn't make the All Star team (though he plays his ass off), he will forever be considered a 2nd tier PG. If he was coupled with a star player, things would be different.

I agree. Trade this Lowrey guy. He hasn't played at all. I don't even know how long he has been on the team.

You only trade him for another Point Guard. Deron Williams.
