Brewer has been atrocious this season. Why has KJ McDaniels not had a chance yet? Can't be worse than Brewer.

I have said it for a while now and I am sticking to it.

He is not a smart player.

His on court decisions are atrocious.

K.J. is super raw. With Brewer you have hope he'll start producing again. With K.J. you know it's not even close for him to be ready

I agree. KJ should get an opportunity. If he doesn't take adv of it then so be it. Brewers role is to run the floor and play d anyway. But if a player struggles this long the next play should get a chance to see if they can play better

Kj should be given a shot.

He should at least start to get some of his minutes if brew is not effective in his first stint on the floor.

We have no PF so Brewer stays to help rebound and box out enemy bigs, so he can't run to fast break right away like he used to last season. Wait for DMo to return, he'll cure Brewer.

That doesn't matter. Brewer is struggling with his shot regardless. Nothing KJ can't do. KJ Atleast should get a chance to see what happens

    More Thornton, more Harrell.

Keep KJ and Brewer on the bench.

Giving KJ one of Brewer's shifts per game would be smart. Couldn't hurt, and would be good for the future to get KJ some real game experience.

Brewer shooting 32% fg for the year. Horrible.

Relax. He's a sink-or-swim bench player. He's like a poor man's version of Jamal Crawford.

Be patient and adjust your expectations accordingly.

I don't know that KJ could be any worse than Brewer has been thus far.

Benching Brewer is a good idea when we get a PF back. But not for KJ or Dekker, for Thornton! This guy deserves to keep playing. Brew is just a fill in until we get some bigs back

Brewer will be fine...He will make winning plays when the Rockets need him. For now, the Rockets will rely on Thornton...my pre-preseason call as a unheralded FA Morey acquisition.
