    I'm fine with personality, I'm also fine if he's a involved owner (like Les was), as long as he know's his basketball, is willing to spend and most importantly is committed to keeping Morey and crew.

    All of his businesses are garbage, his restaurants are laughably terrible. But he seems to do a really good job with with U of H. I think he actually care about the team and would be kinda like Les as an owner

    But I'm not sure he has the money to get it down.

    his son was in my church basketball league so I saw him around every now and then. The parents in my league talked to him. Apparently, the book on him is that he has decent manners but is a cut throat *******. Then again you don't make billions of dollars as a business owner without being a complete ass most of the time. les got his money through trading.

    You must be joking if you think les wasn't involved in the direction of the rockets, he stated many times that he wants to run the same system as the warriors and he made it clear to morey and the fans that he wants a pure 3 point shooting and run and gun system and that was one of the main reasons why he wanted mike d in the first place.

    he already was old and harmless by the time that I was paying attention. 2009 on for me have been my diehard years. Moving on from Adelman and Mchale made sense when I saw him fire them. Dude was such a model of stability during his tenure here.

    he's not a brash in your face guy. fertitta might be a good owner if he gets the team. jury's out. he's smart and has money. He's just really brash. I always preferred more introverted and chill dudes.

    les won't even eat an animal bro

    Why? Because he was born in Galveston and loves Houston and wants the franchise to stay here? Or is it because he is the chairman responsible for running UH's athletic department? Or is it just because you hate the show billion dollar buyer? Yeah there is plenty of reason to hate this guy.
