Horrible situation? Pffff. This isn't 2014. The Kings are in a phenomenal position. Vivek isn't as handsy with the organization as he used to be and they're loaded with young talent. They'll be 1-2 games out of the 8 seed if not in the playoffs MAX next year.
They may be great, but when he wakes up in the morning and looks out his window, he will still be looking at Sacramento.
Amazing that people are so hasty to trash a good coach Riddle me this, riddle me that: 1) How many coaches have a better record than Mike D'Antoni over the past 3 years? HINT: 1 (Steve Kerr) 2) How many coaches have given a better challenge to the Warriors over the past 3 years? HINT: 0 But yet, a bag of rocks is a better option? Let's say you have a sprinter who is 5th in the world. Of course, Usain Bolt is king. You hire a new coach for the sprinter and he is able to enhance his skills and technique to get within .001 sec of Bolt but doesn't quite have the talent to beat him. The coach did an amazing job of enhancing his performance to be second in the world. Should the coach be drawn and quartered as a result?
If only Paul's play was as good as his commercials. But Harden has to shoulder some of the blame. He did set fire to Paul's kitchen.
