You think prime Pipp could slow him down? I think he's got the length to challenge, and the athleticism to stay with him. It would be fun to watch.

True. Great suggestion. Though KD still would have length and athleticism on him, imo. Lebron when he wants to can defend in a way Pippen did. Similar body styles. Lebron guarded KD about as well as can be expected in the Finals last year when he was on him.

But it should be noted, KD is on another level to start this season than he's been at any point in his career thus far. He's at career highs in Per36 rebounds, assists, steals and blocks, at career high (by a meaningful amount) in true shooting %, etc.

i know someone made a thread about it this offseason, but man minnesota really is about the whitest team i've ever seen. at one point, they had an all-white lineup on the court, then substituted and still had an all-white lineup, and still had others on the bench.

Was watching Numbers don't lie earlier and it was 2 guys saying Melo for mvp and jalen rose for Durant. Then it says rose is wrong because that the Knicks have the the best record in the east and has the 3rd highest PER only behind LeBron and Durant.

Makes me think wtf? That just proves Durant deserves it more because they have a better record and a higher per.

Good win for Minny. They have a lot to look forward to with Rubio returning. Time to put some distance between them and .500.

Good loss for OKC. They needed this to stay grounded. You guys that hate WB, fine and well, but he's doing a good job of finding teammates in spots where they can score. His shooting % will go up and the TOs will go down and he'll be a devastating weapon come playoff time.

For the record, I only saw the 2nd half (most of it).

Was wanting the wolves to win this game and the thunder to beat the clips next game. Don't like high win streaks unless it's the rockets.

You should have wanted the opposite. We're competing against the Wolves for a playoff spot.

Unless the T-Wolves suffer more key injuries, Rockets have no chance of finishing in front of them.

It should be clear by the end of January.

No, but I think he'd have done fine against Iblocka and Pippen could slow down KD.

That 72 win team may never be repeated, just because its personnel probably couldn't come together under the current CBA.

They had the best player of all time, the best perimeter defender of all time, maybe the best defensive rebounder of all time and the most accurate 3 point shooter of all time.
