Nice video. Seems the Rockets Rookies are getting a lot of love from NBA guys.

Whether it's Webber or who else.

That's why I'm getting tired of people saying "Clutchfans just overrating players again." when it seems others may be too.

He's in my top 5 candidates for RotY right now. That's not to say he's a top 5 rookie, it's just that I think his game will translate more quickly than most guys because he's polished and has pro experience and is a year or two older than a lot of the top talents like Anthony Davis.

I think he has a good chance to lock down a job as starting power forward (or center should we not acquire one) at some point this season and get a lot of minutes. He's going to have to get through a lot of guys to do it but I believe he's the best of the bunch, and we should be sending out some forwards in trades and sending others down to the D-League.

One thing that annoyed me a bit was them commenting that they didn't know about his rebounding and defense. His rebounding was great in Euroleague and it's been great so far in summer league. Defensively yeah maybe there are SOME concerns, but lateral agility and length are not among them. I've seen him create a number of deflections and steals and challenge shots around the basket in just these few games. Mainly fundamentals, effort level, and strength are the concerns I guess, but I haven't seen anything he did which stood out as "yuck that was terrible D".

Off subject, but the announcer/former player of last nights game sounded just like Roy Jones Jr. Kept expecting a boxing match to break out. And from what was reported, one almost did. Gotta love White taking up for his teammates.

Do you ever give up? I thought you jumped of a building last night. I don't think we will make that deal but would gladly reccommend you drop your Clutchfans ties and join the Portland Board. See the link below.
