I can see him being a career 15 and 8 guy.

Why is there always the hate for him? He has legit defensive skills and a motor to match. He's completely raw on offense.

Most importantly, he's a completely unknown commodity right now because Sacramento didn't bother to teach or develop him and we didn't have time to do it because we were in a playoff run.

Watch him develop significantly in the offseason. He's got a chance to be at least a legit 10/10 guy and there's a lot more there than that.

Where is the Thomas Robinson option?

Let the kid actually get some decent coaching and playing time with his teammates. So far, he has great atheltic ability, is good at stealing the ball and probably the best or second best dribbling ability of any of our fowards on the roster right now. Hopefully, he works on his scoring because if he could actually do that he'd get more time.

Good thread. I had forgotten all about Kenny Thomas' existence.

Out of those guys, I'll go with Kurt Thomas.

I feel like the problem is we have T-Jones who in limited minutes showed shot blocking and rebounding prowess.

This board goes gaga over a guy one minute and then is ready to throw them to the wolves the next.

I'd like to see both these guys develop with us but if we do end up signing Dwight one of them more than likely is bound to go.

Too much hate for a guy who hasn't even been with the team long. Once he goes through an offseason with the team he will be alright. Remember when he did play, he was just coming from a different system and was still able to show flashes of talent. He doesn't know as much of the system as our other rooks. I was more disappointed in D-Mo than i was T-Rob.

    traded

Jones, Robinson and Motiejunas are triple redundant. One or two of the three will probably be moved.

I hope he becomes Shawn Kemp but he's too much of an air-head, I think Tyrus Thomas is alot more likely.

I seriously don't understand how some of you can make this assumptions or observations if none of us have really ever seen these guys play significantly nor have any of you spoken to the guy to conclude that he has NOTHING between the ears.

A few Youtube clips help you sum the guy up to this one synopsis? Or is this just something you created and barfed out?

It's not like the guy is freakin Terrance Williams, c'mon now.

Easily that.....all he has to do is work on his jumper.

He has decent handle and hops.

People saying he's a bust after one year of spotty PT and no consistency at all with seeing the court, are idiots.

He was a high pick for a reason.

At 250lbs, Karl Malone lite? He is already a decent rebounder.

Of course you can. All you low bball IQ people stick together.

The real answer is that whatever he is, he will likely be dumped on the cheap soon because Morey needs about $3M more cap space to chase Dwight Howard. This is what happened to Michael Beasley, who was a 2nd overall pick and actually a rotation player at the time he was traded.
