It’s not lost in the sense that they could turn it around and end up a 4 or 5 seed. If you are viewing them as a contender, though, I’m sorry, but you should probably re-evaluate that.

There is no move out there that Morey can make that will cause the Rockets to suddenly try on defense, to stop making dumb turnovers, and magically make MDA coach and hold players accountable.

I actually haven’t been too down on this team but I also have very little expectations. I just can’t see Harden and Westbrook excelling alongside one another. Their games do not compliment each other and no coach or GM/role players can fix that.

Interestingly (?), I was just now engaged in a similar conversation. In (very) short, I suggested this gives me a sense, a feeling of TheGoodGuys after Clyde came and so did Seed Numero Seis. Ouch. I think I can recall how that ended.

If it were I, and it is so not, I'd sit JH13 and Tuck thru the ASG break.

Pointed out to me (in above referenced convo, and FWIW) is that JH13 has lost once ever, one time only, as the higher seed - - #1 v #2 GSW.

Plow on, Rox. I wanna Parade!

I feel like Plowman is the @Hey Now! of the GARM. Hey Now seems to have finally come around after the KC/Texans debacle. Will Plowman change his tune in a few years?

Do you work for my employer's decorator?

God, how I hate those inspirational placards and posters.

Back to basketball, this team as currently constructed, with current health levels, isn't winning a damn thing. They may (and that might be 'probably') won't get out of the first round. Though currently they would play the Nuggets, LOL. Nah, still might not beat them.

So something needs to be fixed. A few things, actually.

Damn you. That sounds exactly like something the NBA would do. Shades of the 2001 World Series, though MLB at least had the integrity to not totally set it up for the Yankees to win.

Shelve Harden and let Gordon start in the backcourt with Russ for the next two weeks. We'll be fine.

I reckon we should try starting Austin Rivers. Just a thought.

It's over in a week from today when we trade Nene for luxury tax savings with our second round pick and cash. Then it's over again in March when all the buyout candidates Feigen says we are targeting sign with the LA teams.

You love songs, so I'll post one for you.

We're scheduled to win the ship after a win.
How can we not see the silver linings after a loss.
And after all, there is always next year to look forward to once the playoffs are lost.

    Oh well, enough said.

    I'll start crying now.

Think this might be applicable too for Fertitta, as the trade deadline approaches:

Fertita really is just the Moz of the NBA minus being talented.

we need a consistant bench. Our starting group is ok, Tuckers height hurts him though and Capela does score as much as he should
