Agreed with your post except the Rockets did plenty P&R. Warriors played great defensively and defended our corner-three passes well. That got many deflections and steals from those passes. Rockets need to get more creative offensively - i.e. initiating offense from other than the top of the key and more back screens. We did this a few plays vs Utah. MDA didn't want showing his whole hand, so I expect more. Hopefully it's enough to avoid getting swept.
Lets not forget the phantom foul on tucker that gave them 2 points and the back court that was never called and they hit a 3. Giving them 5 points with the time that was left was huge. Luc seemed like he missed 8 lay ups and tucker missed a fast break lay up. We where not that far from winning this game. This series is far from over and I will not predict a series win but they will not sweep us.
It was like a 7 point game after the 3rd. The Rockets weathered that usual GSW 3rd qtr barrage pretty well.
I agree with most of what you said but we have Capela and IMO he is just as good defensively as Draymond.
The refs favored the rockets. If you take out the 10 fts in the last 2 min we had more fts than them. I mean they gave 3fts to harden when they didn't give that same call to Durant.
Refs favoring is more than free throws. Draymonds face push was a flagrant. Tucker got a flagrant for less in the last round Ariza was in foul trouble due to a non free throw foul, which means GG and his terrible defense are in the game The back court violation was big, that’s not a free throw call There were a lot of misses. That said, we still could’ve won if we had played smarter
These are all good points. I was watching this game as a fan, so I may have overlooked the quality of what the W's were doing to snuff out our plays. I thought the Jazz defense on us was excellent, so it's hard for me to believe the W's are playing us that much better. It might be a product of their more talented and flexible personnel.

It's just weird to me that we have arguably 2 of the best assist men of all time on our team yet we choose to run an offense in which they don't pass the ball.
