For me, this is all college sports. These fans treat the sport and the players, like they are pro and decidedly not amateur.

Not a huge fan of Chris Stapleton, but he does have some ridiculously good songs.

Parachute and Traveller have gotten countless playbacks here.

Hollywood awards - like Oscars. They are already awarded and overpayed - I don't get.
Outlandishly overdone long fingernails - I don't get.
The hundreds of mascaras - I don't get.
The waste evident in affluent economies - I don't get.
The doubt about science - I don't get.

Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: Did your parents have any children that lived?

Private Gomer Pyle: Sir, yes, sir.

Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: I bet they regret that. You're so ugly you could be a modern art masterpiece! What's your name fat body?

Private Gomer Pyle: Sir, Leonard Lawrence, sir.

Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: Lawrence? Lawrence what... of Arabia?

Private Gomer Pyle: Sir, no, sir.

Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: That name sounds like royalty. Are you royalty?

Private Gomer Pyle: Sir, no, sir.

Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: Do you suck dicks?

Private Gomer Pyle: Sir, no, sir.

Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: Bullshit. I bet you could suck a golf ball through a garden hose.

Private Gomer Pyle: Sir, no, sir.

Gunnery Sergeant Hartman: I don't like the name Lawrence, only faggots and sailors are called Lawrence. From now on you're Gomer Pyle.

Private Gomer Pyle: Sir, yes, sir.

I remember Pvt. Gomer Pyle and Greta Scacchi had a baby together long time ago like the early 90s. A quick google search just now says that Penn's dating the baby, Leila George D'Onofrio. A mystery, indeed! (shaking my head)

Plebeian, two-dimensional thinking and being sexually attracted to your own sex.

Not a bad thing, I just don't understand it on a very basic level. But I accept people for the way they are, so it's all good.

All science is based on doubt. Science is never static. People who think any science is settled are the ignorant, myopic ones.

I don't get how you wouldn't know that.

It’s simple. Don’t open FB and or Instagram. Better yet delete it. Life is so much better without it.

Perhaps I should have worded it " People who doubt the validity of science".
    Better?

The worst part is that it’s billed as a show appealing to intellectuals, when in reality that couldn’t be farther from the truth. A witty show doesn’t need a laugh track every 5 seconds. Also, using the same formulaic plot situations as every other average sitcom and infusing it with nerdy references doesn’t change the audience.

Modern rap music (mumbling about nothing with auto-tune over a beat that sounds like it was made using a child's keyboard toy).
