The entire world is built on people earning and spending $, so what to do as a teen who is not working? I remember as a teen (back in the old days of the 80's), we would shrug and "go to the mall." Man oh man, so depressing to think back on it. Just walk around a huge complex that was built to have people spend $ when I had none. So OP, you've got your museums, the arboretum (inside the loop, west side, used to be nice at least), or creating whacky you-tube videos all the live long day, when you're not having safe sex of course.
