He's cut like 7 4-way intersections and gone backwards on roads a few times. Police are just waiting for him to make a mistake and get trapped somehow.

Drove into a cul de sac, bolted and ran into someone's home!

 

The idiot drove down a cul-de-sac and had to bail his truck. He might've went inside someone's house.

 

Looks like homeowner went back in for the dog.

They caught him. Initially they handcuffed the wrong guy who lives at the house. Poor guy wasn't even wearing any clothes. They had to give him his wife or daughter's pink robe haha.
