So I am to believe a report........ released during the day, before game 3 of the NBA Finals...... which LeBron James is playing in, that James has already decided that he is going to play in Los Angeles? This is after James didn't leak to anyone that he would go to Miami and then leave Miami for Cleveland? On top of that, LeBron James has already met with and agreed to confide in MENSA candidate Paul George, that this is his decision and that he apparently trusts him enough to be the second best player on his team.... even though LeBron has traditionally avoided playing with stupid players? Yeah....... Not buying there is any inside information here.
The Paul George stuff aside, I completely agree. If there's a single player that would NEVER allow his intentions to be leaked like this, the day of Game 3 in CLEVELAND, it's LeBron. I mean hell, the guy planned a massive television production centered around his decision, and somehow never had the information leaked beforehand. Yet, in this case, he can't control his mouth, and has already made it known that he's coming to the Lakers?? That's very, very hard to believe.
Stephen a smith did report that lebron was going to Miami and bosh would go with him weeks before the decision
fwiw: Pete Zayas is the source of the quote in that article. As the article states, he is Lakers Film Room on tweeter, a fan breaking down plays on video... Here's his response to his podcast comments going viral ... which he first made 6 days ago, btw He seems like a cool guy, and has become successful enough as a fan doing Laker Play Videos, that he gets invited to practices and makes enough off his play videos that he was able to quit his day job in Dec 2017, to do it full time. He seems slightly worried about losing access over a quote he says was taken out of context.
Yeah, but that whole debacle was the biggest mistake of LeBron's life. Since that point, his camp has been incredibly tight-lipped about his intentions. And while I was away, it looks like the source of this information has come out and said everything was taken out of context and that he doesn't know where LeBron is going.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">You're omitting a bunch of context in this piece and making it look like something it isn't. I'm not a newsbreaker and I don't know if LeBron is coming to LA. Serves me right for sharing. smh</p>— Laker Film Room (@LakerFilmRoom) <a href="">June 6, 2018</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
LeBron, George, and Lonzo -- that's a 2nd round exit in the West. The Warriors and Rockets are not losing 4 out of 7 to that team.
Link? I know broussard broke the story shortly before his special. I dont remember smith breaking news weeks before. Edit: found it https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wsj.com/amp/articles/BL-SEB-40259?responsive=y
