    That's a lot to give up up for a possible one year rental!

    Take Parsons out, and that would be a fair deal for a guy who only has one year left on his contract.

    Just need to move Lin and Covington to say the Sixers for a second rounder.

    too early to tell. Would not make sense limiting your options if you did not first try for Bron and Melo. Asik is the first domino to fall, next will be lin, then we will have a clearer picture as to whats going on

    Love is certainly an option. But any two of the LBJ/Melo/Love is still very much in play.

    As already stated, Love has all the leverage. It won't take much to get him.

    Morey has a number of things lined up, but when the music stops, the endgame COULD be........

    Kyle Lowry and Kevin Love.

    Wrong - Rockets had to get rid of Asik regardless of who they want ASAP, and NO made the best offer.

    Reaching. Morey is going for melo. It's gonna take more than a new Orleans pick to put us over the edge for love. With melo he only has to dump Lin to make it happen

    I'm not picky. Bring in a stud. Melo, LBJ, Lowry, Love, don't care. Any would take us to another level.

    Something tells me that the Wolves are going to want a better pick in return than a #1 that might not kick in for 2-3 years, or would kick in and be a mid-first-rounder.

    This has everything to do with shedding Asik's albatross last year and getting poised to make a run at somebody, probably Melo and/or LeBron, and probably NOT Love.

    I don't think Love is our target, but rather Melo.

    I think Lin, our 1st, and the Pelicans' 1st (4-19 protected) are the major factors that are going to be used to SnT Melo over here. I think Lin would be 15mil towards NYK's cap due to the Poison Pill in July. If so, that would be enough salary for this trade to happen.
