They started from 'scratch' and got it up to $152M. That's the problem. Kind of reminds me of the Knicks team of the ... 80's. League's highest payroll, with mediocre or less talent. Does make you wonder how Riley keeps his job? ie, how do you have that team, with that payroll, and not fire the GM? Particularly when said GM seems to have no interest in 'starting from scratch', ie, in fixing the mess. So, if they're going to 'start from scratch', I'd suggest starting there.
