This team is young and does need some time but honestly most of us didn't think a championship was realistic this year a top 4 seed was the goal and at least the second round of the playoffs. All that is on schedule. There's an excellent core here and now we just need to add another piece or two. I think we've all seen the need for a defensive wing (LUOL DENG!!!) and maybe a PF or backup C if Asik is traded.

Morey isn't done and another impact guy is likely on the way. Until then it's not like things are going terribly. Losing to Utah sucks but we were missing two key players.

I see Howard yelling at Harden when there's a miss assignment by Harden and Harden yells back. I'm like o.o And when Harden calls for a hard pick, Howard would just roll to the basket instead and Harden has to change up his dribble.

Rockets should just make it clear. McHale should just say it. On defense, Howard is captain. Everything he says you do, no questions. He tells you to hedge, you hedge. He tells you to leave your man and help, you do it. One mind mentality. On offense Harden is captain, he'll dictate the motions and movement of the players. Harden call for a hard pick? You do it and don't roll.

One mind. One heart. One goal.

Well, I'm aware that mathematically Chucks value doesn't match, but it would be nice to try and swing him here in a multi-team deal or atleast as a seperate deal. He would be a real positive impact for this team.
