Harden should be in attack mode, when he is defended by either Thompson or Iguodala. Should still try to Force to switch to Curry through PnR, but he should be ready to attack if the switch doesn’t work.

I wish every players legacy was defined by whether or not the defeated this Warriors team. Turns out it's only Harden.

Look, I'd love him to score 40-50 just to shut some people up, but the truth is if we can't rebound worth a damn there's nothing that can be done. For all of these other players getting theirs Houston have had to play Utah and now Golden State. Two of the league's top defenses who have absolutely thrown everything at Harden. He's the most schemed against player in the entire league right now with officials determined once again to call him differently in the postseason.

The choker tag is interesting. It seems to come down to most to making shots but that can't be it. Does Harden shrink in the moment? I don't think so. He has a willingness to take the tough shots and make the plays. Players can't control whether or not the ball drops through the hoop but he hasn't seized up or anything. He's playing his game.

Let's not forget how good Golden State are. Draymond is in shape and locked in. KD is providing incredible defense and Steph...well he has KD. This Rockets team has a chance to win the series in only a few scenarios and one of those includes good officiating and CP3 playing to the contract he signed for. That happens and we're in great shape, but this only levels the playing field. After that it's 50/50 balls and health.

Yep, he needs to show that he is aggressive and takes it right at them.

Personally don't see it as choking but that the current system while effective in the regular season is limited in the playoffs when teams are better, more physical and more focused.

Any decent playoff team will try to take away your option #1 offence and when there is no plan B, you are left trying to force it through. It simply asks too much of Harden and as the playoffs get deeper he will get worn down more, leading to drop in production.

Harden is put to such a high standard that's it's considered chocking when u lose a series against one of the greatest team ever assembled.

it was more like.... the refs choked harden

do you really think Kobe and Jordan could win if the legit fouls and points were to be taken away from them by the refs?

stop giving them the credit they dont deserve their power lies not in talent but in the refs support

1 lol every single nba player FLOPS . ..get real...
the reputation or boy who cried wolf is so weak of an argument
and so Draymond Green should of been ejected last night? because he has the reputation of intentionaly hurting players

see how the refs were against harden and harden only... I AM TELLING YOU HE IS THE GOAT

and the best proof for this is that Adam Silver thinks the same because he wouldn't have ordered this riggjob if he thought 5 allstars team , best team of all times, could defeat harden ..its obvious they cant and so he sent the help to the best team of all times
I AM TELLING YOU HARDEN IS THE GOAT

2 MJ wouldnt have gotten job done were the refs against him...go through his PO games and just deduce a lot of FTs from the box score and see for yourself how many titles he would have left.. my guess is ZERO

Harden will win a title eventually. Maybe not this season but for sure in the next two once Durant leaves the Warriors.

By walking the ball up and ignoring early offense, Harden is playing right into GS hands, that single adjustment of pushing the pace would help us a lot.
DAntoni needs to get Harden to buy into 7 seconds or less.

If he scores an efficient 40+ but we lose, I don't think he'll get much criticism. I think the media knows right now that the Warriors are unfair with having Durant play at this level.

It wasn't that close in the 2nd game, it was like a 12-10 pt lead with 1 or 2 minutes left and until Austin or someone hit 2 quick 3s and CP3 or someone made a quick basket. Cut it to 4-6 pts in the waning moments.

It's always been the dilemma, that either they lose a large, double digit lead, or they go on a run but it is too late.

And then fans sugarcoat a solid lead, GSW layed off the gas pedal for a minute.

It sucks that he is defined as playing bad these 2 games while Durant is portrayed as doing amazing when they have identical stats these two games.

It’s really sad and hipocritical that the media supports anti-bullying and they exhibit the same thing when it comes to sports. Some of the comments against Harden have been really brutal. Bullying alive and well in the core of America.

Which team are you beating in a 7 game series that is spotted 93 points and 18 points in game 7? What a joke. The calls go both ways crap and overcome it just don't apply at that level.

Harden displays more talent, heart and courage in a fingernail than the collective harden hating media scum. Who knows how many Ds these guys had to suck to get where they are today, cause it sure ain’t brains and talent that got them there.

lol they are not unfair because of durant but because of the refs...they would have lost with durant last year and this year as well were it not for the refs...for gods sake! stop overrating these golden losers
