    Wow. You are literally the one cop that probably thinks this way. I had a friend get pulled over for 74 in a 70.

    I don't agree with you politically, but if you truly police the way you say you do, you're a pretty decent cop.

    That sounds like highway patrol or an interdiction officer.

    DPS (some of them) will write citations for 10% over the limit, so 77 in a 70. I think that's C S. I know a lot of them and most are good guys who don't bother with feather legged citations. But 10% over at those speeds is nonsense. Modern vehicles can safely travel at such speeds. Your reaction time is already poor at 70MPH, how much worse could it be at 77MPH?
