With so much negativity around here, I feel we have to emphasize the positives or else some of us might not make it to December TMac was amazing in his first game back. Luther Head looks like hes got skills Stro has shown flashes of what we signed him for Yao has looked super aggressive in all aspects of his game (well until the 4th qtr when a combination of Rockets Gone Wild and fatigue sets in) Except for the Celtics game, the entire team has played hard so far. It's only the beginning of the season. There is no Brad Lidge on this team (ahh the Yankee Fan comes out in me)
With a healthy T-mac, last night's loss, would have been the first of the season. In my mind, the Rockets are 5-1.
We're 2-1 with McGrady. Both wins came against playoff teams, one of them on the road. The one loss was the 2nd game of a back-to-back. No excuse, I know, but it is what it is.
Why start this thread when it's obvious that some people here want to stay negative and harp on gloom and doom? Quit trying to change the tone of things when we aren't ready for it!
Why do I get the feeling this will be sole positive thread while tons of negative ones pop up left and right. Anyway Kudos to the thread starter! Last time I checked the playoffs did start tomorrow.
I was going to do something similar in the game thread. I didn't watch the game. But Swift looks good on the stat sheet. Yao got 10 rebounds despite of all the wrestling around him.

Opposing teams are only hitting .409 of their field goals against us. And that's after we played last night on methadone
I say trade for Raef and make him our starting PG then finally we could start knocking down some threes. Makes me sick that an opposing teams center probably shoots the 3 ball at a higher % than DW, RA and DA.
