Hey guys, I just wanted to gather the other teams' most popular, best, or most active forums and lay them out for others to read. I don't have search function due to rep, but from what I saw there was no thread like this. When I search for other teams, sometimes I find boards that don't seem right; RealGM boards. They might be right, im not sure, I try to stay away from them if they seem half-hearted. So with your help, I would like to pull together a list of the popular or active forums for other teams. Grizzlies - Grizzliesonline.com @ http://boards.grizzliesonline.com/index.php?showforum=5 Mavericks - Dallasbasketball.com @ http://mbd.scout.com/mb.aspx[/email]?s=268 Pelicans - Pelicansreport.com @ http://www.pelicansreport.com/forumdisplay.php?2-Pelicans-Roost& Spurs - Spurstalk.com @ http://www.spurstalk.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=2 Jazz - Jazzfanz.com @ http://jazzfanz.com/forumdisplay.php?1-Utah-Jazz Nuggets - *Might be http://nuggets.proboards.com/ but the main board is blocked. Cool idea. Fans usually creep the other side's forum before/during games against each other. Kingsfans - ran by a dictator. Wants to control everything, possibly because they are an older crowd Lakersground - not very intelligent crowd. very insecure about Kobe's legacy so everything they say about LBJ and KD is with caution because they really don't want to give others credit. Whines about refs a lot (which is ironically because it can be argued that the Lakers benefited from the refs more than any other franchise in the NBA) Spurstalk - this place is terrible. they are insulting each other with "no regard for human life". very active and definitely no other place to go for spurs, but again, wtf? Jazz - they've lost all hope so it's not fun anymore Thunder - still in denial about KD/WB leaving. how sad for them Knicks - most delusional fans on the internet outside of Lakers Warriors - didn't know their fans knew how to read I admire the Bulls fans over at RG. although quick to discredit LBJ, they are not too mentally challenged BBS - this is still the most impressive place for a specific NBA team on the internet. you have some trolls now because of the LOH/LOF war, but there are very intelligent people here. very impressed by the hangout and stuff
I just looked at some random bobcats forum to see if they were talking about the game. There was a game thread with suprising optimism, and a separate thread bashing clutch fans lol!
This is a cool idea and thanks for the leg work ! i was interested in seeing what Grizzlie fans were saying, but couldn't find a Tennessee newspaper that covered them in real time !
Does anybody know how we rank amongst NBA team forums? Is their a bigger basketball fan site than this? Clutch, care to way in?
No its not even close. Dallasbasketball.com is by far the most active Mavs site on the net. Did you even actually look at the 2 boards? If so I am not sure how you came up with dallas-mavs.com being more active. The one you posted
Is it just me or is Clutchfans the most popular forum out of that list. Its hard to think of other team forums that are more popular than Clutchfans. Maybe Lakersground? The bulls forum? Can't really think of anything else.
Dallasbasketball.com is the most visited sports site in the entire DFW area. That includes all Dallas Cowboys sites........it is also more active then clutchfans, so yes.
Are you a Mavericks fan? I'm not sure what your agenda is but it is clearly not even the most active Dallas sports forum, (Cowboyszone is) let alone more active than Clutchfans.
No agenda at all, I live in the DFW area and it is just a known fact. They had over 530,000 unique visitors last month. No agenda. I am active on this forum and that one as well and Dallasbasketball.com is just more active. I really could care less which one is more active I am just stating facts.
They have like 3-4 active topics today. Clutchfans has 14+, same with Cowboyszone. Even counting active users right now, Clutchfans and Cowboyzone has more active users browsing the forum. I think you're exaggerating a bit there buddy, might wanna check up your definition of a "Fact". It would be one thing if it was close, but its not even.
