Far better in 20 minutes than Spanoulis EVER was in nearly 300... Rubio couldn't have a better coach...
A lot of those pieces that Adelman has to work with were all lottery picks or very high picks. He has a lot more to work with than what he had in Houston, that's for sure. And that's not DM fault. Minnesota has been terrible since Garnett left so it's about time those picks paid off. Adelman is the perfect coach for those players in Minnesota.
He also has zero rings. Why does winningest even matter? Don Nelson has won the most games in NBA history. Does that make him better than Rick the ruler?
Wait, weren't you the one that was preaching that Rubio was like 3rd string PG and will suck in the NBA or something for months. How dare you come out and criticize other's opinions, when you should be the one eating crow

While obviously the video clips and announcers' comments were a bit over the top in terms of gushing about Rubio, he did look pretty good. He does deliver the pass well (good timing and aim) and moves really well on the court. He may struggle defensively but most rookies do (especially rookie PGs). Definitely draws attention on the court. Heck, I know I will be watching more MIN games this year. I think with new players like Rubio and Fredette coming into the league at small markets the NBA has gotten an injection that will help make up for the fan unhappiness of the lockout/Stern.
