The official James Harden is not a legitimate #1 option thread

IMO, Harden is having a better year than Love and Westbrook. And Rose hasn't even played a game yet?

 

I can't believe anybody on a Rockets fan forum still honestly believes Harden is not a #1 scoring option.

When I'm on general NBA sites people usually get yelled at by people who are not Rockets fans for saying that Harden is not a superstar scorer.

Kevin Love has never been on a winning NBA team (record wise) and he's accoplished more than Harden? LMAO.

 

That's what happens when you get drafted into the Wolves Organization.

What exactly has Harden Accomplished? Both Love and Harden hasn't won anything yet. OKC is poised to get back to the finals without Harden. Harden's role on OKC might not even have been that great if they do get there again without him. That doesn't mean harden is bad, it just means that the other top 2 guys are that much more better/important.

I list base on best players right now. I do think Love is a better player than Harden. In the long run, Harden will probably be better than Love. Love is injury prone it seems. Just look at Kevin Love last year. Average 13 boards and 26 points. Has one of the worst supporting cast in the league. Can't blame the guy for a losing record.

Rose was MVP of the league. Didn't deserve it but he's done a lot more than Harden has. When harden gets MVP of the league or gets to the conference finals I'll move him above rose.

Westbrook is getting his stats, sharing the team with Durant. If he was the #1 option on another, I think he'll put up better numbers. Westbrook is a freak of nature.

 

I don't understand why people are saying this? How is Love injury prone? He broke his hand falling awkwardly doing pushups. That isn't really being prone to injury, it was a freak accident. It re-broke because it wasn't even fully healed when he was playing again (hence the horrible shooting %s).

Injury prone is when you have chronic knee, ankle, etc problems.

 

The guy missed two weeks was it, because he slept with his hands over the week. Just dumb. All his injuries are like stupid injuries that he does himself.
