    That's the problem - he doesn't want to coach the other side of the ball - he would prefer someone else preach defense....so "getting out of the way" means the defense will likely suffer because offensive strategy DOES impact defensive strategy. For example, if you want to crash the offensive boards every possession your transition defense will suffer. Is it too much for ask for a coach with a holistic approach to what the team prioritizes?
