KEEP. BRAD. MILLER. OUT. OF. THE. GAME. Miami is going to thrive off of our lousy transition defense, and having Brad Miller in the game is going to make that much, much worse. Remember that Golden State game with Ellis and Wright making a mockery of our transition defense? We won that game. Golden State was a bad team, Miami is a great team. I'm not going to lie. Brad is horrible; he is garbage. He makes Terrence Williams look like LeBron James. However, Brad does contribute to our team against slower more defensive-minded teams like the Celtics or the Lakers. Against super-athletic, super-talented teams like Miami you can't leave Brad in the game. Bottom line: Brad should only see 30 seconds of play time tonight. ALL of that in garbage time.
Haha, now that you've made this thread, it pretty much guarantees either missed end of game FTs or a buzzer beating 3 to win the game by Miller. I'm hoping it's the latter.
Not really much you can do to stop Wade or LeBron. Our perimeter defense this season has been nothing to brag about... If you can't stop them, outscore them.
Seeing as we don't have the best weapon against Miami.......talented size in the post .......I agree.....we have to outscore them.
PP looked a little star struck out there in his limited minutes. Didn't quite seem ready for the big time.
And this is why you have to give Wade extra attention...can't rely on outscoring a team loaded with these 3 guys. In the end, we still don't have players who can still go an extra level to close it out. They have two, maybe 3.
