Sounds like a cool guy actually, I always thought he had a big ego. I also did not know about his surgery, I just thought he was done. Let's hope he can provide that leadership and red hot shooting, we gonna need it.

Did not like the trade at first but players you love to hate are the best ones to have on your team! Welcome JT, the REAL JET!

Preferred Ray Allen, but love Terry as a 1) Viper Sniper mentor and 2) Garcia replacement in the very likely event he doesn't perform at the World Cup level.

I like that we have Jason Terry and Francisco Garcia on our bench to mentor our young RGV guys like Daniels, Canaan, Covington, and Johnson. All we need from Terry is a 3 here and a 3 there, mentor our young guys, and then use him as a trade piece later on I really like this move, plus we got 2 second rounders for practically nothing.

I hated Terry burning us all the time, but he is actually a pretty nice down to earth guy. Very professional.

This rockets team will be tougher and continue to score lots of points.

Hated him when we played the Mavs and he always killed us. But, in all that hate is the respect. You gotta respect a guy like that if all you hate him about is how great he was against your team.

But, now that he's on our team, expectations are high for him to now serve that role as a Rockets player laying the hurt on other teams. He says he's in great shape and recovered from injury. We should expect good things from him this season. And, hopefully, he lays it on the Mavs as that will make us feel better about him in a hurry. Hopefully, this doesn't go the way of a Scottie Pippen (aka PipSqueak).

Do you think he is part of the 8-9 man rotation? Backup point?
Or more like a Brent Barry where he is just a veteran presence who comes in to play spot minutes?
