I would think the consensus would be that Howard forces himself out of Houston. If he did that he would be dead to me. I don't think Morey would trade him under 99% of the circumstances other than him saying he is taking his player option and leaving. I really do like Howard here though. He is the only Rocket jersey I own that is full on authentic.
