Hey I heard a rumor republicans have already introduced 12 or 13 bills since Jan 1st repealing various laws passed the last two years and not one jobs bill yet? can this be confirmed?
I'll be very curious to see what this congress tries to do or not do - I honestly have no sense of direction from them.
They won't be able to repeal it, but they can deny funding it. They really need to change the 1099 rules that the healthcare bill created. I think it is stimulus for the post office.
true, but it will be interesting watching these people explain to seniors why they don't really need help with their drug costs.
You know what's even cooler? The repeal will cost $230 billion onto the deficit and eliminate coverage for 30 million Americans while keeping it while reduce the deficit over 20 years. Awwwww yeaaaaaaaa, fiscal responsibility!
So add that to the trillion added by extending the bush tax cuts! Can we please stop with the nonsense that republicans are for fiscal responsibility and cutting the deficit?
Nice, the Obama Administration (perhaps even Obama himself!) grew some balls. The 4-paragraph statement boils down to a solitary line that is present in it: In other news, small businesses are liking the healthcare reform thus far, and many, many people have coverage from their employer that didn't have it before specifically because of the reform. Nice! http://blogs.forbes.com/rickungar/2...health-care-to-employees-thanks-to-obamacare/ Good luck taking away people's healthcare now that they have it, Republicans. Not like you'll get any sort of repeal past the Senate anyway. Idiots.
