    I was under the impression than the draft stopped when The Cat left.

    I wish people would just make their own picks here in this thread.

    I feel I definitely got a raw deal with Mike Miller. I do not want him.

    This is not fair. I think all picks made after The Cat left should be voided.

    Attention-- I am voiding all draft picks starting with the SPURS. Some GMs are obviously upset, and this isn't going too far back, so let's start right now with the Spurs, then Lakers, etc. Post picks in this thread. We will resume the live draft at 9:00 p.m. in the cc.net chat tonight.

    Sorry fadeaway, and the others that were miffed. we continued to draft because it was the same way cat ran it. there were a good number of us there, so we didnt think we were offending.

    the miller pick i can see, could have offended in retrospect, but it was the group concensus. it came down to Mike Miller, Toni Kukoc, and reggie miller.

    reggie being a SG, you didnt need him. also none of the people present picked miller or Kukoc so there was no collusion to give you a scrub so those present could get a better player. it was merely decided that the SF who was performing the best in the NBA is mike miller. I am sure Cat is good about reflecting his current play in his statistics.
    again sorry for making you feel ripped, but just like the teams that got spree, and brand, it was a group decision. the only difference is that cat wasnt in the room.

    lets get this draft over with, and let the games begin.

    I totally agree. I wasn't here when Cat left so I just assumed he said we could go on w/o him. It's fair to start over to the Spurs pick, but let's get this draft over with. It shouldn't take a week to pick 3 guys.

    We could just pick throughout the day. If someone doesn't pick within say 1 1/2 hours, then the best player at the needed position is picked. My only reasoning for wanted the draft to stop is that I was here all last night and I don't remember THE CAT offically starting the draft again. Was it after the game or what?

    the draft never actually stops. its just that when a bunch of us can get together we can make all the picks at once. so when cat did come on after the game we started up as a group last night. cat left, and we continued drqfting. I think all the picks that the droup made were fair, and were certainly not prejudice. but i understand fadeaways concern.

    Yeah, I think everyone needs to understand that we don't need a set time for the draft. If it is your pick, and you know who you want, then post it in the draft thread. The alloted draft times were so that if someone was taking a long time, then the draft would move on, but the two allotted draft times haven't lasted that long, because people had to leave. But I think it is safe to assume that everyone in this league visits this site very regularly, and there is no reason everyone should have to wait until 9:00 PM tonight to make your picks.

    Cat can you change my player to whoever has the highest rating out of harrington, Googs, Brown, and Campbell?

    If jackson has the highest rating out of all of them, then i will go ahead and keep him.

    Well I had Reggie Miller but since we are going back,I want to make it clear taht with the Bucks 2nd round pick I would like a SG that maybe able to play some SF(Ex:M.Miller)Just in case Im not here tonight.
