    so basically the 2020 projected cap was 116 million and now it's been determined at 115 million because of China, that up from 109 million, which means a 1 million loss per team based on the projection. Is this correct? How exactly is that going to hurt team signings??

    Silver should be thanking Morey, NBA has been losing money way before the Morey tweet. He can now use China as the reason for the $ struggles as opposed to all his stupid decisions and ideas.
    NBA is losing its luster but it’s not because of a tweet.

    The league already knew they were losing money.

    This doesn’t change much at this point except how they use what they have to work with.
