Haha, yeah it just pisses me off that it is another win we could have had, but we just lost it in the 4th quarter again.. The no calls didn't help either.

Well if you know who hadn't put the ball on the turf we might have had a chance.

You can't blame that all on Schaub. His O-line has to protect better in crunch time. Also, if the defense would have gotten a stop, it wouldn't have gotten to that. It all goes both ways.

Agreed, a terrible defense exposes bad QB play more.

again, you define 300+ yards and multiple tds as "bad"

When you give up a pick in the red zone and put the ball on the turf to end the game?

Not to mention many poorly thrown balls including a 8 yard layup to Kevin Walters?

what do you call it? Losing football.

So, during the closing minutes of the Eagles game, I made Kubiak a helpful map for the future.

Matt is far from being the problem with this team.
Frank Bush and kareem, on the other hand, ARE the problem.

Agreed. Defense is obviously THE problem. Matt is simply A problem.

Good statline, but how many of the incompletions were because he grounded the ball on a bad throw? How many incompletions came about when he pressed the eject button on the play? How many yards were left on the field because of an underthrown ball to AJ, or passes that fall behind on all these crossing routes?

It's clear he's regressed, and that's always A problem. But again not THE problem.

He's still relatively young as a starting QB. Schaub is a work in progress. He's an above average QB but has to work on his pocket presence and limit his turnovers.

I don't think he can fix the long ball problem but he can still be very effective nonetheless. It's clear we shouldn't have stayed pat on the offensive side of the ball. We need to surround him with more weapons.

Kubiak is also a huge problem. Much more than Shaub is.

Hire a new head coach, demote Kubiak to OC (or get rid of him if he won't accept the demotion). He isn't cut out to be the top guy.

What did Kubiak do to lose the game? Matt put it on the turf to end the game, and bounced the ball on 3rd down to make it very tough.

I will give you that Gary recruited Matt, therefore if he gets all of Matt's problems and his own, he out weights Matt.

I dont think he has regressed but rather the play calling has regressed. How many times a game are we seeing bootlegs with a single receiver on the field, usually resulting in Schaub having to throw the ball away. He is not playing as well as last season, but the coaches are not putting anyone in the best chance to succeed. that includes everybody.

Nothing less than a full house cleaning is acceptable, and that includes hiring a new general manager.
