Also, here's the post-fight interview between Wilder and Fury.

Anyone also jumping on the Anthony Joshua bandwagon? The guy looks legit and a beast.

Definitely huge potential, think he'll fight Haye next (both indicated it). And the winner of that fight will box vs. the Fury/Kltischko-Wilder for a title unification.

Still not sure whether Wilder is technically sound enough to fight vs guys like them, so his reign could very soon be over.

There was also an entertaining press conference days before the fight between the fathers of the two fighters.

Bob Arum talks about how he paid 600k to James Prince to save Floyd and a classic Thrilla in Manilla party tale. Good stuff

I doubt there was an orgy in the PHilippines unless they brought whores from Vegas to my beloved country.

I only caught the last few rounds of the Swift/Ghost fight. It looked like Swift was landing some pretty heavy bombs. Ghost's aggressiveness seemed mostly ineffective though. Was that how the entire fight was?

I predict Kovalev will win this by KO again.

not quite. Ghost was doing well in the early rounds but I think the 5th or 6th Garcia landed bomb after bomb, he took the shots well but slowed down the second half.

Guerrero was just too one dimensional and Garcia handled him pretty well.

    116-112 Garcia.

Word is Canelo vs. Khan at 155. Um...seems like Canelo would kill Khan. Interesting nonetheless.

Boy, Crawford did his thing again. I've only seen the last few fights he's had. Each time it seems like he switches stances, and he gets touched a few times and you think...maybe he should switch back. Then in the middle rounds, TKO/KO.

    Ref said, GOT DANG!

Ward fought this weekend. Being a relatively-new-comer as a fan of the sport, I had only heard of Ward's accomplishments. I never had the chance to watch one of his fights (never bothered to youtube them either). He took on a guy I had never heard of, but he certainly looked good. I want to see more. If I were him though, I would want another fight before Kovalev, just because of how inactive he's been.

The fight before the Ward fight was entertaining as well. Diaz Jr. I believe it was. Guy was tagging his opponent a lot, and Velez was game. Fun fight to watch.
