as a girl, i would appreciate (and not be creeped out by) the honest approach droxford mentioned.

just don't do too much on your morning drives after that and try to read her b/c afterall, you are still a complete stranger to her. stalker-like, creepy guy is not how you want her to describe you to her friends!

i think your biggest prob is that a 15 minute window of talking (while you're in a car and she's at a bus stop) isn't the best opportunity to get to know someone. so i dunno how you're gonna figure that part out.

I would do and say something very similar to this. Direct, honest, and complimentary always score lots of points with women. My only modification would be a self-depricating joke to show her you have a sense of humor.

I actually would use the droxford aproach. Just be hones.
Is she always standing there alone? Or is it crowded?
If the droxford aproach works you can try to ask her if she needs a ride. (it would probably work better if it rained).
Just be honest. Also make a joke about yourself, and about the situation, it shows you are not a creep but a funny person.
