Pretty scary that they're struggling so bad with Rhode Island at the end of the half. I don't think they'll have any troubles closing this game out in the 2nd half, but after a great start you'd think they'd be disciplined enough to maintain their control.
That's true also. This is a young group. I wouldn't be surprised if they came out and lost this game now in the 2nd half.
Wow, i forgot the hoops team was even playing. Never good to schedule against the football team in this state.
ESPN's John Hollinger on J'Covan Brown, who boasts a very impressive PER: http://insider.espn.go.com/mens-col...cb-jcovan-brown-robert-sacre-scoring-well-per
Courtesy post Team has been taking care of business against an unusually weak non-conference schedule. Good win against Temple today. Get a real barometer with UNC coming up, we've owned them since coach Barnes got there, don't expect that to continue. Clearly building towards next year, this team has a very low ceiling this year, but we shouldn't lose anybody to the NBA for a change.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to that UNC game to see what we have. This group is pretty young but looks promising. When they get size next year, it'll definitely look better.
I hate Jcovan. Ballhog. Cant stand watching 1v5 basketball. Cant wait til this overrated ****er leaves
He's not overrated but they don't really have anyone else who can get his shot off. Just a young team, it'll help when they get taller and more talented players next season.
I was at the game. J'covan was like the only one trying to get his shot off, ugh. Forcing wayyy too many shots. Can't blame him because Kansas had some huge size advantage and good defense.
