Do blacks use condoms at a higher rate? I assumed more sexual activity with less condom use was the reason for higher STD and AIDS rates for blacks here and the astronomical rates in some predominantly black countries. I also assume sexual activity is somewhat constant between all ethnic groups, worldwide and over time, so condom usage was the main factor.

 

Abortion clinics are not created to prevent minorities from breeding. They are there to help people plan and make choices. They serve in the communities they are need.

And abortion clinics aren't solutions for the root of the problem(s). And when you're not trying to solve the problems at the root then you're not necessarily giving those people a choice... You're giving them an ultimatum.

The teen pregnancy rate in NYC dropped 27% after making contraceptives more accessible and kids have started delaying sex as well. If liberals were truly liberal they would put more energy on wanting these kids to be taught sexual responsibility than they would worrying about how many murder clinics are available. And putting pressure on the government to do something about the drug and gun situation would be nice as well.

All good ideas aren't always good ideas. The Black family is in worst position than it was before integration and there are more Black people in prison now than there were slaves 10 years before the civil war.

Slaves in US in 1850: 3.2 million.
