The lion in the first picture isn't wild -- it was raised most likely with the sole purpose of being killed just like those giant farm-raised hogs people pay to kill in the US.

 

pretty sure none of those animals she killed are wild, they all live on conservations with tags and monitored every second.

 

I'm sure you're right, but the lion was the most obvious example -- definitely not a true 'wild' animal.

There is really no justification for big game hunting anymore. Anyone that can afford to fly to Africa doesn't need the meat for survival. I can see hunting for population control of some species, particularly deer, at least until we get top line predators reestablished in the area. Big game hunting is just a vanity exercise that is increasingly repugnant to lots of folks.

My favorite part of the post is the "ignorant liberals" part. I didn't realize that the only people who are opposed to hunts like this are liberals, and all conservatives support them.
